We make garments for the in-between moments.
The after-shift, the pre-dinner, the sidewalk cigarette.
The hours where the work is done but the soul’s still humming.
So when Jae from Nowon told us his story—
about trading fine dining for a flat-top,
about burgers and mixtapes, kimchi and confidence—
we knew we were speaking the same language.
Both of us started small.
Pop-ups. Short runs. Word of mouth.
Trying to make something good, not just for now—but for always.
He fed the block. We dressed it.
And somewhere in the noise, the late nights, the overthinking,
a philosophy took shape:
Make it real. Make it last. Make it yours.
That’s what this collaboration is.
Not a drop. Not a trend.
A stitched-up tribute to the hustle.
To the slow climb.
To building something out of nothing—and refusing to fake the details.
Four pieces. No filler.
Two heavyweight crewnecks, both boxy, both built from 12oz organic cotton fleece. Felt embroidery hits the chest and back. Custom patchwork runs the sleeves. Same weight, same shape—designed to hold up and break in.
A tee made for the everyday. Lightweight organic jersey. Clean fit. Printed with artwork that nods to Nowon’s late-night pulse and Korean American roots.
And the hat—Melton wool with structure where it counts. Double-layer front. Felt lettering. Leather strap. Antique clasp. Side hits, back hits. Nothing extra, just right.
Everything made with planet-safe materials. Nothing done halfway.
You don’t have to know Jae’s whole story to feel it in the food.
Same goes for this piece—we made it to speak without saying much.
Dinner Service has always been about craftsmanship, but also about character.
Who you are when no one’s watching.
Who you become when you stay in the fire.
This is for that version of you.
Here’s to the burger that turned heads.
To the mixtape that raised us.
To a new kind of uniform—for chefs, for dreamers, for the ones doing it different.
Dinner Service × Nowon.
Built from the burn.
