SHIPPING

Shipping within U.S.: Standard shipping within the U.S. is FREE on all orders. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, although some, more custom orders may take up to 2-weeks. We will do our absolute best to fulfill your order promptly. Shipping times may vary based on shipping method and destination. 

International shipping to Canada: International standard shipping to Canada is offered for $25.  Standard shipping discounts to Canada apply for orders over $150. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, although some, more custom orders may take up to 2-weeks. We will do our absolute best to fulfill your order promptly. Please allow 11-20 business days for First Class Package International Service to Canada. Please note, international shipping not available to Saskatchewan Province.

Please make sure all shipping and billing information is correct. Dinner Service NY is not responsible for packages once they are successfully delivered (e.g., misplaced in the mailroom after receipt or a typo in the shipping address). If you do have an issue with your order, please do reach out to hello@dinnerserviceny.com with any issue, and we will do our best to work with you to fix the situation.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, including your choice of shipping method (e.g., Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express).

For orders that qualify for free shipping, we reserve the right to choose the shipping method. We also reserve the right to rescind or change the threshold of this offer at any time, without notice.

RETURNS

Orders within U.S.: If you're not satisfied with your purchase, it can be returned within 21 days of receipt. Returns for exchange or store credit are free. Returns for refund incur a $4 shipping/processing fee per item, deducted from the refund to the original form of payment.  

Orders to Canada: For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and we cannot always honor returns.  Please reach out to us at hello@dinnerserviceny.com.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. DSNY is not responsible for lost packages when the customer inputted the wrong shipping address. DSNY is not responsible for packages marked successfully delivered (e.g., misplaced in mailroom after receipt or a typo in the shipping address).

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@dinnerserviceny.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. When we receive your package, we will refund you.

At this time we cannot guarantee our ability to process exchanges, but please reach out at hello@dinnerserviceny.com and we will try our best to facilitate. In instances where it is not viable, we will instruct you to simply return your item and place a new order for the alternative selection.
