Shipping within U.S.: Standard shipping within the U.S. is free on all orders over $150. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, although some orders may take longer. We will do our absolute best to fulfill your order promptly. Shipping transit times may vary based on shipping method and destination. 

Please make sure all shipping and billing information is correct. Dinner Service NY is not responsible for packages once they are successfully delivered (e.g., misplaced in the mailroom after receipt or a typo in the shipping address). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, including your choice of shipping method (e.g., Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express).

For orders that qualify for free shipping, we reserve the right to choose the shipping method. We also reserve the right to rescind or change the threshold of this offer at any time, without notice.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. DSNY is not responsible for lost packages when the customer inputted the wrong shipping address. DSNY is not responsible for packages marked successfully delivered (e.g., misplaced in mailroom after receipt or a typo in the shipping address).


International shippingInternational shipping is currently available world wide. Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout. 

We ship all our international orders with Passport, our trusted third-party international shipping partner. Passport has a number of shipping partners around the world that handle your local delivery and ensure your package arrives safely and quickly. 

To create a better delivery experience for you, we ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). By shipping DDP, duties, and taxes are collected directly at checkout so that your package is not stopped and held by customs.

Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping, and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information. You can track the progress of your order directly on your Dinner Service NY tracking page.

International orders are typically delivered within 8 -14 business days once the order has been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled, the estimated delivery date will be shown on your tracking page.

If your package stops moving at any point, do not fret! It is still on its way to you and is likely just clearing customs. Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs or weather events. If this happens, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status.
