Domestic Returns within the U.S.
Our priority is to make sure that you love your Dinner Service pieces but if you are not satisfied with your purchase we want to make it right. For orders within the U.S. we offer a refund, exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Refunds / Exchanges
Returns shipped back within 14 days of the shipment date may be eligible for a refund to the original form of payment or an exchange. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund/exchange was approved or not.
Store Credit
Returns made within 30 days of their original shipment date may be eligible for a store credit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
International Orders
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
