Think of the 50s and 60s: the milkman in crisp whites, the mailman walking the same route in any weather, mechanics with hand-sewn patches, steel workers in denim that spoke before they did. Even the diner crews and burger-joint line cooks. The uniform proved you belonged to something.

We wanted to create a uniform that felt fashion-forward but still unmistakably tied to a trade. So we partnered with KOATJI, a Copenhagen and California-based alternative milk company known for its intentional approach to plant milk. They believe in craftsmanship the same way we do, and because of that, we’re thrilled to announce the KOATJI Collection x Dinner Service.
