The process behind creating originality is not for the faint of heart. For an artist, it requires great courage to bare the most vulnerable parts of who they are through their creations. Opening their passions to a judgmental audience can be a scary thing, but their desire to create outweighs their fear of criticism. In Edgar’s words, “us creators are self-conscious because we are putting our passions out there for the world to see and we wear our heart on our sleeve. You are very vulnerable as a designer” - we love this raw emotion that comes from art. We were lucky enough to get a front row seat to Edgar’s creative process and we wanted to share a glimpse of it with you.
